This is what you might get if you build your military base from stuff harvested from old oil platforms. There's a few in the baltic sea up for the grabs, and plenty more to go around by the coast of Norway. (But the Norwegians naturally have dibs on those. :P)
End of the chapter? Kinda, but not quite, there's still have a neat info page left for next week.
