"Stand Still. Stay Silent" is a post-apocalyptic adventure webcomic with a rather light tone and careless pace. It'll update with 4 pages each week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) as long as I'm simultaneously working on the book version of my previous webcomic "A Redtail's Dream", after that the update rate will be bumped up to 5 pages per week (Wednesdays will be update days too.) There isn't any adult content in the comic, but the horror aspects of the story will eventually push its rating to PG-13, so it's not an all-ages comic.
I'm a Swedish-Finnish lady person, born in Sweden in 1990, lived in Finland from 1997 to mid-2013 and currently living in Sweden again for a while. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in art from the school of industral arts of Aalto university (Helsinki, Finland) in 2013 right before I moved to Sweden.
No, wait, something with my student records was messed up so I didn't graduate until two months after moving to Sweden. You see, I had registered as a Finnish-speaking student during my first year, but because I had written my matriculation exam in Swedish I was required by law to register as a Swedish speaking student. So at the end of my last year when the mistake was noticed all my mandatory Finnish and Swedish language credits were nullified and I had to hastily retake all the necessary casses. Byrocracy, bah! But at least I managed to graduate in the end.
I drew my previous webcomic A Redatil's Dream during the final two years of university studies as a practice for SSSS since I had never done a serious comic project before and felt quite unsure about my skills. I'm currently working on the physical book version of aRTD, it should be done sometime in spring of 2014.
